The Vegan Trademark helps people identify whether a product is free from animal ingredients and is cruelty-free. It is an extensive certification that includes the entire life cycle of a product from ingredient procurement to after a product has been used. This means that the individual ingredients and the final product must not have been tested on animals, and the product must not harm aquatic life after it has been used and flushed down the drain.
